Without history and examination cannot comment ,.means every white tongue ,is not candidiasis
Definitely there is possibility but my worry why u wl get such thing ,all those things happen in immunological compromised person so consult doctor for evaluation and treatment

I would advise you to meet a physician so as to confirm your diagnosis and so that you can be treated accordingly. You can do salt water gargle thrice a day with lukewarm water and apply petroleum jelly over the lips. But kindly visit the physician so that your diagnosis can be confirmed and so that you can get the specific medication.
