  3. Oral GCT test. After pregnancy?

Oral GCT test
My wife is 31 Weeks Pregnant. She went for Oral GCT test without breakfast. 75ml of glucose water was given and test was performed 2 hours after the intake. Results showed up as 148mg/dl. She follows regular exercise and diet throughout pregnancy but she had PCOS before pregnancy. Can this lead to diabetic condition after pregnancy?
