Asked for Male, 39 Years

Hi I operated my 2nd primary cancer of jaw on 26th April of last month with wall flap from chest muscles. From last 20 days I feel something stuck in my throat or something is touching and my stool was not clear, there is being blooding with pain . Doctor suggested for colonoscopy and endoscopy. We received report in colonoscopy impression is showing herramoid and endoscopy impression is showing haitus harnia. Please suggest what should I do now.
