Opting injection for back pain
I am recently known from mri that i was suffering from l5/s1 mild disc buldge and sacralized. Doctor said to go for medication and physio. I stopped medicine after a month and started physio for almost a month. But i am getting pain relief but not free motion and still discomfortness. Now, my friends and brother suggesting me to go for injection as they did. How safe are injections and when they exactly needed ??
