Open Wound/Incision with old pin

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Say I have an open wound - about an inch deep, 1/4 inch wide -and a couple other pricks with a non-sterlised pin or needle (unsuccessful removal of a black head that turned out to be somea sort of fibrous mass (I realise I should have left it alone to begin with, but I'm afraid I wasn't thinking straight back then) should I worry about infection/ do something or see a doctor about it?
