Open-mouth while sleep
I have the habit of opening my mouth and sleeping. I sleep in a way that my body's front portion is touching the bed. There is saliva spilling since mouth is opened. It has caused such an embarassment for me. Can u please suggest me a way to stop this immediately?

you should visit a dentist for available options... usually you required mouth prop for few days..it will help...

when your lungs r airway is obstructed u tend to open ur mouth n breath. this usually happens when u sleep in such position. a mouth prop can help u to breath through ur nose
