My brother has only one testis, so is there will be a problem in having children. If Yes what should he do to have children

Hello I understand your problem and concern. There is no problem if you brother has only one testicle. It is enough to produce enough number of sperm for ovulation. So you don't need to worry about him and his future because if there is only one testicle it performs the action of two testicles. If at there is any problem in sexual health then he need to consult a andrologist for improvement. Thank you
