When you will book online consultation through practo, you will get msg notification for slot timing that you have taken,
In case consultation at that particular assigned timing, not possible due to any reason, your payment will be refund
During a consultation, a free follow up period of 7 days given,for doubts query, through msg or call you can consult during that period
When you book a consultation on line, there will be timings as per doctors schedule, both pt and doctor get notifications, either patient or doctor can initiate consultation at that particular timing through practo app or link that practo share on planing a consultation
