Hello There.
I can understand your condition, but you case needs to be examined for further help.
i would suggest you get a ultrasound done and consult a general surgeon regarding this.
since when did you start having these symptoms?
avoid straining for stools and lifting weights etc as it causes increase in the intra abdominal pressure and therefore pain may aggravate.
consult a general surgeon As Soon As Possible.
it needs further evaluation and surgery.
