It appears that there is infection. You need antibiotic. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment. You can di hot compresses.

It seems to be a sebaceous cyst .
Please consult an ophthalmologist online or in clinic.
In the meantime you can do Hot fomentation 2-3 times a day
