Since you are a diabetic peripheral vascular disease is a strong possibility. Discoloration of fingers/toes is not normal and Is suggestive of advanced Peripheral vascular disease. Would suggest you to consult in- person with an Internal Medicine specialist. Diabetes management requires a team effort and A medicine specialist can guide your therapy and management issues.
Next Steps
Consult as soon as possible.
