Omu water suggestion
Hi, i have a lit bit of pot belly. Will omu water help me reduce it? I dont want complicated medicines. If omu water is enough, pls tell me how long i can take it and how much quantity.

If you have little bit pot belly then nothing to do .just do this :- drink leukiwarm water in early morning :- Do two yoga alom vilom and kapalbhati for 15 min early morning empty stomach. After that you can do any work out . :- Do not drink alcohol :- Do not smoke and do not use any kind of tobacco items. Avoid non veg ,spicy food and street food . Eat simple stay healthy
