I am regular to gym & consume 4 egg white & 1 full boiled egg , 100 gm paneer & one 1250 MG Omega 3 capsule daily together with 25 gms of Whey protein powder from a reputed brand, apart from my regular diet. Please let me know if daily consumption of 1 capsule of Omega-3 of 1250 MG is safe ? & also the quantity of eggs & paneer ( heated for 10 minutes in boiling water ) I consume daily is under the safe limit ? Thanks.

Omega - 3 capsules is good to consume but it should be taken by proper guidance. If u want proper guidance then u need to give ur details and any health issues if u have then tell about it and discuss it here hence kindly consult. Tc
