Oligospermia with left varicocele
Hello, I have been diagnosed with left varicocele with vein 2.9mm showing reflux on valsalva. My semen analysis shows below:- Volume: 2.8 ml Ph: 7.5 Liquefaction time: 30 min Sperm concentration: 8 mill/ml Total count: 22.4 million Rapid progressive motility: 4% Sluggish progressive motility: 28% Non progressive motility: 26% Non motile: 42% Morphology: 4% Granular debris: Present My fsh-1.74 mlU/ml, lh-1 mlU/ml and testosterone-208 ng/dl Kindly suggest if any surgery needed for  improving the above parameters. I am married and trying for a baby since last 4 months without success.
