Hello,
My sperm count is 10 million. Other factors like motility snd ph are ok. Kindly suggest what should i do ? Should i consult ayurveda or homeopath ? How much time it will normally take to improve sperm count ? I dont drink or smoke.
Would highly appreciate guidance.
