Oily t zone
I have a combination skin i.e oily in summers and kinda dry in winters except that my nose and upper lip area gets super oily whenever i happen to touch it in the middle of the day irrespective of what the weather is. And also, my upper lip area/ area around mouth tends to appear darker than the rest of my face. What can be done about it?

Some people have more oily skin which can be due to genetic reasons. You may also be getting blackheads due to this. This can be treated with creams and facewash. Please call me or send me photos through online consult option for proper examination and advice on treatment.

Hi Thanks for your query. Many people have combination skin type. Choose your skin care products wisely.
Next Steps
The best way to get your skin glowing is to increase oxygen circulation in your body with the help of exercises, yoga. Taking break between hectic work schedule and splashing your face with cold water 2-3 times a day is helpful. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Have a balanced diet, eat more iron and zinc containing foods like dates, nuts and dry fruits. Include Skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are important nutrients for great skin. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.
