Greetings. 1. Why do you need a moisturizer cream if your face is oily? you mean for regular use or for any particular purpose? 2. Would suggest you to use a gel based sunscreen in day time 3. See a qualified dermatologist dermatologist near you - who could see your skin type and prescribe the cream as necessary. Derma dew glow or dews prime cream serves well for general use
