  4. Oil burn on leg. Should be done next?

Oil burn on leg
I spilled hot oil on my thighs. Immediately ran cold water for 5mins, then applied ice for 15mins, then applied burnol. Now the skin was reddish, but now i can see some water swellings being developed in 3 hours. What should be done next? Please help!
