Off- white curdy discharge around vagina
There is off-white curdy discharge around vagina since very long time . When I consulted once they gave me Intraconaxole 200 mg for 7 days but now after 1 year again I gave the same problem.

It's a case of recurrent vulvovaginal Candidiasis. Need to start on oral antifungal medications along with vaginal ointment or pessery. Is discharge associated with intense itching? Does area around vagina red or swollen? Need more detail history for proper evaluation and management
