What is oesteopenic? Does it make you more vulnerable to fractures? I have been told I may have this. Wanted to know more about it and if it could contribute to bone breaks?

Yes... Bones become weaker so mild injury may lead to fracture... You need to be careful while walking , doing daily routine activities... Instead go for strengthening your muscles n in winters take as much sunlight , its natural source of vit D n hence best for bones.
