Odd bleeding

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I was on my period 1 week ago. It lasted 7 day. Between now and yesterday I was spotting lots. But yesterday I felt like I needed to pee. But when I went to the toilet it was just blood. So I put a pad on thinking it was my period again as on the implant and it not regular. But nothing came out of me. But when I wipe they quit a bit of bright red blood that on the tussue. But nothing on the pad I put on just in case.
