Hello. I understand that you must be concerned. It is important to let your psychiatrist know any kind of change that you observe in yourself, especially when you are taking these tablets. There could be a certain trigger that could have increased the symptoms of OCD. It is important to discuss the same with your psychiatrist.
Next Steps
GAD and OCD can be treated better when therapy and medication go hand in hand. Many times there could certain triggers that can increase the symptoms, speaking about it in the therapy and being aware of the triggers and also understanding how to deal with them would help in the treatment.

You need to revisit your psychiatrist. He shall review your condition and decide upon need for modifying your prescription. Alongside, you should be started on Psychological techniques like ERP and PMRT.
