OCD, Paranoia, Anxiety

Question

Asked for Female, 76 Years

She is a heart patient, but refuses to take medicine. She does not want to see doctor. Does not allow anyone in her house except her sister and son. Always follows attendants, combined hands. Wants to control everything, at times gets too rude with people. From locking doors to grocery shopping she cannot trust anyone. When anxious, she will ask her son the same question again and again irrespective of his response. Since she refuses to see doctor, not sure how to make her normal and happy.
