OCD of germs /virus .
Hi
I am 33 year old married man . I was going though the symptom and relate that i have OCD of germs /virus .I use to wash my hand very frequently .I am feeling it from last one year .if i don't wash my hand ,headache use to start and not able to concentrate on any work untill i feel safe .Sometime I feel guilty that why i am not able to change

Don't loose hopes. It's a treatable condition. U need not suffer. Earlier d better.
