Hello sir\ Maam I m suffering from OCDs I mtaking medicines from last. 4 years but as I stop medi it comes again n it's very difficult to deal with it. Kindly inform what should I do.

Medicine only remove symptoms but if causes are deep burried then it cant be cure properly without counselling and psychotherapy.

If u have been diagnosed with ocd and u r leaving medication on your own, its not the proper way u need to complete the full duration of treatment. If u r advised like that by psychiatrist, on stopping the symptoms reappear again and again it might be u need medication for life long.
