I am having the following:-
1)Often complete my sentences while studying with a hissing sound, causing delay in completing the chapter(s).
2)I have had OCD since a set of years.
3)I worry about unnecessary things.
4)Can't handle gross, violent or obscene scenes in shows, movies, etc.
5)Get unnecessary thoughts while praying to Gods, etc.

OCD could be difficult to live with , it effects your social, personal and career (occupation)
It is cycle of repetitive thoughts causing anxiety, to reduce that anxiety people Indulge in rituals (activities) with cause them more anxiety and thoughts and the process repeats itself
Please consult a psychiatrist as there are very good medication available for OCD along with counselling and behaviour therapy
Medication with behaviour therapy has shown long lasting results even after medication has been stopped
