Hi, Till you are not mentally healthy, you can't have a good relationship. Before starting or ending any relationship, try to solve your challenges and get help from a professional. You can talk with her honestly and explain that you want to find a solution and seeking the help of a professional. I have doubt about your OCD... I think your suspicious or doubtful is not related to OCD. There is another reason which a psychologist can help you to find a solution. As I know, OCD has other symptoms...Also it can be related to your childhood or family history... Anyway you need a professional help from a psychologist. Do take care!

You are just 20 years old, means still an adolescent, so I would like to say something to you, keeping the OCD aside. Asking about physical relationship with Ex is very hurting no matter it's a male or female. Generally people share themselves, when they feel comfortable, because they too seek a strong, healthy, and trusted  relationship. Try to think progressively. If you have OCD you have to consult a psychotherapist.
