Hello, First of all I wish to say that since you are on treatment with a psychiatrist, you should try to clarify your doubts, apprehensions and feedback with him. Online platform can help you seek initial treatment and engagement into treatment, but for regular advice and clinical management please seek direct advice from your psychiatrist. If you do not feel comfortable seeking direct advice from him, something is amiss in the doctor-patient relationship, and it would be worthy for you and your psychiatrist to look into the same. Additionally I would like to advice you to discuss addition of a psychological intervention to your medication regime to help you recover in a more complete and sustained manner. Your psychiatrist can review your current condition and psychological needs and advice regarding further psychological intervention. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.
Next Steps
Please talk to your psychiatrist about all your apprehensions, doubts and feedback on your mental health. Do not hesitate or feel any barrier before sharing.. best wishes once again.
Health Tips
Psychological intervention in my opinion will be well suited for further improving your mental health.
