I dont quite follow the percentage thing here. Either u hv a disorder or dont have.  I will like to chart your detailed history from onset and drug history as well. You will benefit after a good work up and judicious treatment protocol. Can visit my centre if possible.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  I feel you need counselling along with drugs. For that, you have to consult a psychiatrist in person near you. Take an appointment with a good psychiatrist near you on practo and consult him. Im sure he will be able to help you. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Hello, First of all I wish to say that since you are on treatment with a psychiatrist, you should try to clarify your doubts, apprehensions and feedback with him. Online platform can help you seek initial treatment and engagement into treatment, but for regular advice and clinical management please seek direct advice from your psychiatrist. If you do not feel comfortable seeking direct advice from him, something is amiss in the doctor-patient relationship, and it would be worthy for you and your psychiatrist to look into the same. Additionally I would like to advice you to discuss addition of a psychological intervention to your medication regime to help you recover in a more complete and sustained manner. Your psychiatrist can review your current condition and psychological needs and advice regarding further psychological intervention. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.
Next Steps
Please talk to your psychiatrist about all your apprehensions, doubts and feedback on your mental health. Do not hesitate or feel any barrier before sharing.. best wishes once again.
Health Tips
Psychological intervention in my opinion will be well suited for further improving your mental health.
