Thanks for your question.As history suggests some diagnosis with not so common disease entity , source of this is not known to us.Considering the present situation you can take some tab paracetamol 500 for the time being better you should reconsult the doctor who diagnosed this or else we are there to opine in need.

How do you know it’s occipital neuralgia? If you have this take anti inflammatory, take rest,do hot fomentation .
