I have a sttamerring issue but it happens only when i feel scared and now a days i am facing interview and all i am not even in condition to speak my name i am getting demotivated i am a chartered accountant what should i do i dont stammer usually

Hello... You can have a short write up for interview and try to practice in front of the mirror, initially u can see into the paper and practice later without paper... You can also start saying positive self affirmation like ‘I can do it’, ‘I am strong to face all the situations ‘ or whichever affirmation suits your thoughts in a positive way..
