Obstructive sensation in urethra. This?

Hello, I am having an obstruction-like sensation in my urethra since the last 3 months. I have previously had this problem and I have a history of BNO, which was resolved after surgery, which took place last year, but this particular symptom has reoccurred. I have also been diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis due to immense pain in my urethra when my bladder fills up. I have got my reports done: Blood and urine tests are clear, Sonography indicates a slightly thick bladder wall but no other blockage or issue, uroflowmetry is normal. So what is causing this obstruction-like sensation I my urethra? (Can masturbation cause this? I read somewhere that muscles become spastic due to masturbation which can cause issues.) Kindly help me with a solution.
