Having an obstruction for few days at the upper middle of my chest. Feeling like my breath is not fulfilling. Deep breathing is needed everyone. Help me

Hi, due to spasm of ur lower respiratory tract u will feel obstruction symptoms.. avoid allergens like dust, pollen,smoking etc.., ur symptoms are suggestive of an asthma..kindly consult ur physician for further workup...
