Feel pain sometimes in middle of chest

Asked for Male, 28 Years

He is having irregular pain in the middle of the chest from last 6 months he went to the general physician and took dose of 3 tablets description is attached. But the problem is persistent. Can you please suggest which type of doctor will be suitable for this issue and what can cause this pain
