Pain in upper chest bone
I have pain in middle of the upper chest bone since last 2 days. The pain comes when I move my body or stretch. Can it be due to cold? I slept overnight with cooler on full speed and bare body. I have mild cough as well.

Middle of the chest bone or also called sternum pain could be due to costochondritis. But someone need to examine you before making any conclusions. Take some analgesics for pain
