Observed irregularity in prd first time
Till now I have been through regular periods of 28 days cycle. This time I missed. It should come on 5th Oct, but it came on 11th Oct. Is this a concern?

Upto 7 days delay is considered normal . So no issues

Maintenance of menstral calendar. If abnormal irregular periods persists 1. Serum Prolactin 2. Serum TSH fasting levels early morning 3. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness

If the periods get delayed sometimes by even seven days or come earlier by seven days ,it is not a matter of worry as long as they’re coming by themselves regularly. It could be because of the minor hormonal changes in the body.
