I am trying to loose weight but results are my seen n I want it fast before September as my sister is getting married in October .My height is 5'2" and weight 75 .

Hi, eat healthy and have a good exercise routine. 45mins of brisk cardio activity 6 days/week. Eat every 2 hours. Drink lot of water. Don't skip breakfast and have a light dinner. Fruits are a good snack option. 2 cups green tea daily. For a more detailed diet plan ping me on personal chat.
