Obesity problem
Hi...my height and weight is 159,73kg...I have pcos problem since 3 years...please tell me some weight loss tips and my ideal weight???...then green tea or green coffee which is the effective for weightloss and no side effect...then apple cider vineger helps to weight loss???...me already joined gym...please help me...we are tried a baby...but gyn told weight only problem...then I have ulcer problem also
