I am a 36 years female, with one child. After pregnancy fat has not shed, my child is 5.5 years, my stomach has become huge and is hard. I am working and scope of going to gym is nil and morning walk is also not possible due to morning school of child.I have polysistic ovary and is on Metformin. What should I do?
