Nystagmus Eyes
At times I have to tilt my head to clearly see the things. I face difficulty in reading. Is there a solution to this problem? I have been wearing spects for last 6 years and I feel like it has reduced the tilting of head.

when  you tilt your head to one side and try to look at the object, the n your  i.e. group of muscles is totally  relaxed and only  other group of muscles remain active thereby giving you feeling of reduced  nystagmus. really it's very difficult to exactly  correct refraction in a person with  nystagmus so better  you get your  refraction  done again and the immediately  have a second  opnion and compare all three  numbers. bcoz  you can not be satisfied  by anybody, the only  thing what  can be done is to give approximately appropriate  number.
