Why are you on dubagest 400mg?. Simple cold is nothing to worry. Take steam and montair LC tab for sneezing and running nose. you can continue feeding, breast feeding is something which can not be compromised and take precautions to prevent baby from having cold. But in case you are having fever more than 4-5 days consult a doctor.
