Hello I have problems a lot but right now I am getting tiredness decreased appetite and I have spaced out spots everywhere on my body and pains in my chest and boobs is there any ideas on what this could be ASAP

I think you were having an allergic reaction to something. If you have started using something new then immediately stop its use and start with anti allergic medication like levocetrizine once daily for 5 days. Allergic reaction can be caused by anything even by the change in weather you should identify the cause of it and maintain distance or discontinuous use.
