Numbness, Shaking, Headaches, Nausea
I have been experiencing extreme nausea and numbing in my legs and hands lately and wanted to know if a sodium deficiency could be the cause. My older brother experiences these problems when he was 16 and they said it was sodium but I wanted to know if the symptoms could be related?
