Numbness regarding
My arthritis problem since 2007 during these days acute knee pain and Dr. Advise me to take ultraset and pregblin forte twice a day. Retoz 90 ,CCM & HCQS once in a day. It is difficult to me for bend the knee. One month ago numbness in my right leg and arm during night. It is very difficult for me to sleep properly.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

You need to find out the exact reason for your knee pain. Is the pain from the knee due to arthritis or is it referred from the hip/spine. You are currently on both anti inflammatory and neuropathic medications. Get an X-ray of your knees and spine which would give more information about the status of your joints

Hii..for knee pain consult the physiotherapy n take pain relief treatment, learn proper knee exercise.
