Numbness in thigh
Recently I mean noticing numbness in my thigh front side. On a small portion only. If u wear a formal pant and place a phone in it. The place where it will come in sitting position. Although it's not a complete numbness, I can feel everything, it's just a lesser feeling than other parts or its surrounding area. It also gets itchy sometimes.
Pls suggest what should I do.

You may be having meralgia paraaesthetica which occurs due to compression of skin nerves in fat compartment.Try to exercise and lose little fat. B12 supplements can help.
