Sir it looks like a neuralgic pain. May be u r having vid D and B12 deficit or cervical spondylitis. Please get VIT D/B12 and X-ray cervical spine AP/LAT done. Please upload your reports on the web site www.skymedical.in Complete the health profile section and use ask the doctor feature. I will go through it all and then will try to guide u.
