Numbness in legs happens occasionally

Asked for Female, 70 Years

Hi doc, I have problem of dis compression, MRI done in 2010 n report says that the problem is in l3,l4 region .I don'tremember exactly. Since then I have been doing exercise but still feel radiatingood pain in my legs this happens occasionally. Use painkiller oils etc which provide relief still at times leg be comes numb please help.
