Numbness in legs and lower parts of body

Asked for Female, 76 Years

I'm aged 76. I'm having issues with numbness in legs from lower back till the foot and I get this around 20 times a day. I also feel that those parts heat up during that time. Note that I already have arthritis. I'm afraid that this numbness will cause some other big problem in future. Kindly advice.
