Numb legs in winter
I am gets a numbness in legs during winter season, this usually didn't appeared in summer or monsoon. Today the temperature is so cold and i have not weared any socks, so i got too cold and my legs specially gets numb, till now numbness is there. I really scared about this issue. I am a 25 years old guy, at a young age this is happening how can i survive in older age. Please guide me whether it is serious condjtion or not why it is causing?

Numbness in legs can be due to vitamin deficiencies or low calcium in ur body. Do one thing connect with me.let me ask u proper history n try to find out how we deal with this problem. Dnt worry It happens to a lot of people u are not alone
