Numbness In leg - With Tight Muscles

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I am having tightness in my buttock area and thigs. WIth mild numbness and heaviness in lower leg. I was Also diagnosed with disc bulge (l5-S1) and thecal sac compression. Is this sciatica or Piriformis? I have no back pain,if it was back pain if would have been sciatica? How can i test it? 3 Neuros have failed to treat me with correct diagnose if past 4 months.

please a test flex you knee and hip then adduct thigh if pain increase with above procedure its piriformis else sciatica
